My motto is to try and bring the best possible costuming to life within the price range of the average person. Although I can to commercial level work with commercial level materials if required, much of what you see here will not set you back the tens of thousands most professional production houses charge. I have countless years of experience in engineering and was an engineer well before I was an artist. I have a background in both robotics and electronics. Also with extensive background in leatherwork. I can do detailed armor and costuming to fill out the full look of the creature you are looking for. My masks come standard with articulated jaws that move with yours, and I can design and install electronic and mechanical modules to fit your needs. Dragon head with smoke? Need a video camera installed in a very large mask for better vision? Need a very unique full suit (or perhaps even a single piece) of leather armor? Want to have the most unique boffer weapon you can imagine? No problem!

The Cold Sun system from Lion of the sun productions combines equipment used by the US military for its pilots with the latest in high output brushless fan, Thermostat and battery technology. Cold Sun Cooling System"

This is a fresh air circulation system designed to go under any standard costume setup. Fresh air is pulled in through the beltpack and is forced through 2 ventilation panels over your core front and back. Air vents in the collar blow fresh air over your neck. A separate ventilation hose can be placed inside the head to move air ove the top of your head The belt pack contains the battery system and on the Corona model the electronic fan control/thermostat.

Average runtime at full power is 4-6 hours per battery pack.

We offer 3 models at this time of this system and they will be available for commission.

Sunspot : Base model of the system comes with 8 rechargeable batteries (full pack) and charger. and an extra 8 cell empty pack to load your own batterys. Single speed system with 4-6 hours continuous runtime per pack 250.00

Solar flare : Upgrade model with 2 full packs (16 cells) and an extra 8 cell empty pack with charger. this unit comes with 2 side belt pouches for battery packs. single speed system 350.00

Corona : ultimate system with 4 full packs (32 cells) and the dual zone thermostat control. switchable thermal sensor between the core panel or one that adjust to ambient suit temperature, Active fan speed adjustment allows for longer runtime. extra belt pouches holds all packs within easy reach with full power bypass switching. 450.00

This system will change the very nature of summer costuming forever, and help reduce the stress of overheating. Worn over a simple cotton T-Shirt you can expect significant reduction of heat over your center mass.
